About Our Derivative Work Guidelines
To promote broader enjoyment and engagement with our content, ASMR VTuber Project Muneatsu (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) has established guidelines for derivative works based on our content (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”).
As long as your use complies with these guidelines, you do not need to contact us in advance.

Regarding Derivative Works
Individuals or unincorporated groups may freely create, distribute, and share derivative works (e.g., doujinshi, fan-made goods, digital works) using our Content, provided the activities are for non-commercial purposes as outlined below.
If a corporation or incorporated organization wishes to engage in derivative activities, or if your activity exceeds the scope defined in these guidelines, please contact us in advance.
[Examples of Non-Commercial Use]
- When the use is clearly within the scope of personal hobbies
- Receiving compensation only to cover production-related costs such as materials, utilities, or tools is considered within non-commercial use
Examples of Non-Commercial Derivative Works
- Creating, exhibiting, distributing, and streaming doujinshi or fan-made digital content
- Posting derivative works of our Content on creator fan community services
- Sharing, exhibiting, screening, or publishing cosplay photos and videos on websites
- Creating and distributing figures at events that use one-day license systems (please follow the event organizer’s rules)
Prohibited Activities
- Creating works using all official materials (images, videos, etc.) produced and published by the Project (Note: non-commercial clip videos or screenshots that stay true to the Project’s image are allowed if the source is clearly credited)
- Using official materials as SNS profile pictures or similar (use visible to third parties is considered public use)
- Creating content that deviates from or damages the Project’s image
- Direct use of illustrations, videos, audio, music, etc. from the Content without creative modification
- Activities that may cause confusion with official products or content of the Project, including games, characters, and VTubers
Violations of Public Order and Morals
- Content that infringes or may infringe on the rights of others
- Misleading use of logos or assets that may make them appear to be official products
- Use of the Content for highly commercial purposes, regardless of whether compensation is involved; any content infringing trademark, copyright, portrait rights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, or other rights; or content judged by the Project to be inappropriate
*The Project reserves the right to interpret and revise these guidelines without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from revisions or derivative activities.
If any derivative work harms the reputation of the Project or its works, we reserve the right to take legal action.
